Venues whose largest hall seats 40–69 tables. At this size, back-row sightlines and flow become the main issue: a big or second screen, clear aisles for serving and stage access, parking and kitchen speed.

What to check

  • ・Make sure the back rows can see the screen; add a second one if needed
  • ・Keep stage and serving aisles clear
  • ・Plan parking and shuttles

Ranked by events we have actually served at each venue (completed events, no enquiries); partner venues shown first.

Size is based on the largest hall’s table count; most venues also have smaller rooms — confirm with the venue.

Before you book: what to check

  1. 1

    Table range

Ask for both the minimum and the maximum number of tables. A 40-table hall feels empty at 20; the reverse leaves no aisles.

  2. 2

    Bridal room and entrance

How far the bridal room is from the hall, whether the entrance door can be used on its own, and time for an outfit change.

  3. 3

    Dates

Auspicious dates and weekends book out 6–12 months ahead. Shortlist two or three acceptable dates before comparing venues.

  4. 4

    Price structure

Whether the per-table price includes service charge and tax, how the minimum spend works, and corkage.

  5. 5

    AV and interaction

Projector, microphones and a laptop input decide whether the slideshow and live games run smoothly — test them on the site visit.
