Who writes

Everything here is written by PARTYGO Editorial — the team that actually works these events: carrying gear, patching projectors, staffing the check-in desk, arguing with venue managers about load-in times.

We do not use invented author identities. The only byline on this site is PARTYGO Editorial, because the content genuinely comes from the team rather than from a fictional individual expert.

What the advice rests on

On-site experience: event delivery records since 2016 across year-end parties, spring banquets, weddings, corporate family days, trade shows and product launches.

Our own data: the venue database fields (halls, tables, delivery records). Figures are read from the database, never typed in by hand.

Public sources: Google Maps ratings and reviews, public forum thread titles. Always attributed.

Where the numbers come from

Price bands, ratios and durations in our articles fall into three categories, and we say which:

Measured — e.g. "20 tables of toasts takes about 40 minutes" comes from timing it on site.

Market range — e.g. per-table price bands, drawn from quotes we have seen. These are ranges, not guarantees; the venue's own quote governs.

Rule of thumb — e.g. "aim for 70–85% of a room's stated capacity". This is our judgement, and we label it as advice rather than fact.

We do not cite statistics we cannot verify. You will not find "studies show 87% of organisers…" here without a source.

Language rules

We ban unverifiable promotional language when describing venues: "first choice", "perfect", "premium", "the best", "trusted", "professional team", "great reputation", "convenient location". None of these can be checked.

AI-generated copy passes an automated phrase check; output containing any of these is rejected and rewritten.

How we use AI

We use AI for three things: condensing Google reviews into a summary, condensing forum titles into discussion themes, and turning a venue's factual fields into readable prose.

AI is not used to generate facts we do not have. Every AI output is grounded in data we already hold and validated against rules — banned phrases, and figures that must not contradict database fields.

Article bodies are written by people. English versions are AI-translated from the Chinese with instructions to preserve structure and Taiwanese context.

Updates and corrections

Every article carries a last-updated date. We bump it for substantive changes, not for typos.

When we get something wrong we fix the text and update the date. Material errors that could change a decision — pricing bands, anything regulatory — are noted inline with what changed and when.

Commercial disclosure

PARTYGO sells paid on-site interaction services (big-screen games, photo services). That is how we make money.

Venue data and run-sheet templates are free, need no sign-up, and carry no paid ranking. Venue ordering follows the published heat score. We do not adjust a venue's position, rating or description because it paid us.

Where an article mentions our own services, it says so. We do not run advertorials disguised as neutral reviews.
