上週末帶全家到飯店舉辦家族聚餐順便慶生。本來用飯店 APP 領到了生日禮，但因為我們一開始沒注意到或沒拿到兌換券，現場一度有點卡住。 非常感謝 KENT 非常有耐心地幫我們查詢與處理！他不僅態度超級溫和，還把整個狀況和原因跟我們解釋得清清楚楚，完全沒有不耐煩，反而非常替客人著想。有 Kent 這麼貼心又專業的協助，讓我們的慶生聚餐圓滿結束，留下非常棒的回憶，五星好評推薦給他！

網站跟入住均沒有告知未成年者不能進入裸湯，入住check in 櫃檯人員也說歡迎小朋友使用，導致計劃好的行程嚴重收到影響， 二樓健身房錢姓主管態度惡劣嘴上說著抱歉 眼神銳利讓同行者感到相當不舒服與害怕，錢姓主管並且說法律明文規定未成年不能進入， 想用不存在的法規搪塞， 若是會館自行的規定，你們公告清楚於訂房網站，入住看到有未成年提醒未成年不能使用，我想大家沒意見。 請公開申明寒舍艾美酒店三溫暖及裸湯區域不歡迎未成年進入，不要訂房時與入
