一樣直接先來個結論：又貴又舊、房間清潔度不足、除了價格貴外毫無特色。 全家4人本是滿懷期待地入住，原本期盼能體驗到跟原高雄晶英般寬敞舒適且具備現代設計感的高階住宿，但實際入住卻略顯平庸。連最基本的房間整潔度明顯不足，插座槽充滿了灰塵，都很擔心充電時會走火、爆炸。角落與部分細節處都感覺清潔有待加強。這對於五星級酒店來說實在不太能接受。其次，硬體設施明顯老化，無論是房內設備還是公共空間，都能看出明顯的時光痕跡與耗損，少了高檔5星酒店應有的精

優點： 房間很大很舒服 牛肉湯很好喝 服務態度很好！🫶🏻 附近有好吃豆花😻 機能性好 除濕機很好用 缺點： 枕頭太塌不好睡 棉被一直滑下去 木製品上面有白白很小很小的蟲 飲水機的水不好喝🥲

我是長居海外的台南人 因為回來住小時候的房間住不習慣剛好又碰到自己生日幫自己訂了兩晚 第一次住我們台南的飯店感覺很新鮮 在辦理入住時他們發現我生日 還送了小禮物非常貼心大加分我入住期間問了一些問題對應都很棒 櫃台跟客房服務隊應有五星級的感覺 只有一點小抱怨是 餐廳那邊晚上接應的人員 一開始說5分鐘左右 後來我跟我媽等了十分鐘我過去問 他又說 在十分鐘我非常不爽我說你一開始就跟我說要超過十分鐘就好不要騙人好不好 附近也很多餐廳我就根本不想

這是第一次住晶英酒店，一開始開車在外面繞了一圈才看到配合城市車旅的停車場，還好有看到不然都快要打給酒 店問說停車場在哪了🤣然後往下繞了大概到B5停車，之後搭電梯到一樓，再轉到14樓入住行政小西門和洋套房，服務人員都很棒，房內有除濕機真的蠻喜歡的，這樣才不會有濕氣太重的問題，小缺點可能就是跟大家一樣的，蓮蓬頭水太小的問題，沒辦法洗個痛快，喜歡房內的各種小備品如飲料、氣泡水…..等等等都很喜歡，還有小精靈可以控制播音樂，對於我這喜歡聽音樂
