第一次來這間旅店只能說感受非常好，地理位置也非常棒，周邊生活便利，提醒辦理入住的地方在10樓所以不要跑錯了，建議若要來這家飯店住一定要提前預訂，如果沒有提前預訂有可能會訂不到你想要的房型，這次選擇的是101風景房，一進房間後味道很香，房間整體的配色及舒適度很讚，尤其是窗外的風景美的無話說。 房間內除了水之外，其餘的部分都需要收費，在桌子上也都會有價目表，所有使用付費的品項都會在退房的時候用刷卡的方式預扣，所以就依照個人習慣去使用即可，床

這家酒店的服務質素與收費並不相符 在不同地方都有入住過W Hotel 但台北這家，服務質素是我整體體驗最低下的 是次入住的時候，帶同家中兩位小朋友 早上時段到游泳池游水 得到極不愉快的經歷 我到達泳池的時候是早上10:30 整個泳池並沒有其他人，正在使用的時候，並沒有任何情況 但到上午11:30的時候，當有其他客人進入泳池 另外到達的那位客人立即向工作人員要求我們家中小朋友於游泳的時候並不要阻止到他 當時的工作人員竟然一聲說好，然後走來

地點完美，捷運市政府站，統一夢時代廣場10樓就是大廳。 暑假期間，外籍旅客比例非常高。 10樓的Woobar旁邊就是游泳池，搭配音樂，就是W 的新潮 活力調性。 101景觀的房間景色不錯，房間大小合理。 沒有Business Lounge，但白金卡會員可以去10樓Woobar享用兩杯飲料，以及免費早餐。

第一次入住W hotel，非常感謝櫃檯經理杜先生，聽到我們從高雄來旅遊，特別協助我們升等，讓我們可以在空間更大更漂亮的房間休息、拍很多照片，真的非常開心！整個房間和床都非常舒適，很捨不得退房😆已經預約好下個月要再來了😍
