位於台中北屯11期重劃區內的婚宴會館 北屯德興一璟第一屆管委會議在此會場舉辦 車輛可停放在大門口對面的公有收費停車場 用餐或婚宴會有停車折抵，但參加會議就需要自付停車費 停車場每半小時收費$10元，建議可以將車輛停放在14期重劃區、尚未完工的建案路邊免費停車空間 會場1樓空間約可容納30張10人份圓桌或是400張椅子，會場內也有獨立的廁所供使用 並提供對比度與亮度極高的LED電視牆，畫面十分清晰，音響設備也清澈無雜訊、音量足夠 整體而言

桌數很多問很多地方都說場地不夠，問到臻悅的宴會廳大、無樑柱(這很重要)，坐滿也不會有壓迫感，每桌活動空間都很夠，真的是辦婚宴首選
